VNASC Staff: Meet our Administrative Team
Marsha Fox has been with the VNA of Southern California for 40 years. Starting off as a nurse visiting patients in their homes, Marsha soon worked her way up to management positions. Marsha has held almost every job a nurse can hold at the VNA which gives her a unique leadership perspective. In 1998, Marsha was selected by the Board of Directors to be the President/CEO.
Chief Financial Officer
Cindy Cameron has over 36 years of executive financial management for national healthcare corporations. She brings to VNA extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, statistical reporting, debt restructure and corporate compliance. She also serves as a tactical member of the National Government Services (NGS) Advisory Committee representing the hospice industry.
Director of Human Resources
Valerie Hogman has spent her entire career in Human Resources. After eight years in the banking industry, she has worked for the last seventeen years in healthcare at hospitals and home care agencies. In 2014, she joined the administrative team of the VNA of Southern California.
Director of Healthcare Partnerships
Patty Meinhardt has been part of the Administrative Team at VNA since 2006. Working with the business development team, she focuses on building partnerships with our local health systems, medical groups and health plans and ensuring quality care is provided for the patients we serve throughout the VNA continuum of care. Patty also provides extensive community education throughout the region.
Dr. Timothy Dauwalder
VNA Medical Director
Timothy Dauwalder, DO has dedicated his post-graduate training, private practice, and extensive community involvement to the field of Palliative Medicine. Board certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine and Family Medicine, Dr. Dauwalder currently serves as Medical Director of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern California, Medical Director of Inland Christian Home, Alternative Medical Director of Mt San Antonio Gardens, Alternative Medical Director of Pilgrim Place, faculty member at local medical schools, and palliative consultant at local hospitals and clinics.
Chairman of the Board
Janet L. Ryerson retired from her independent consulting career in 2000. She enjoyed many years of assisting US and Canadian organizations in the design and development of custom business applications and accounting software. She currently serves as the CFO for a consulting firm specializing in industrial and commercial development in the City of Los Angeles and as treasurer for a local nonprofit organization. She served on the City of Rancho Cucamonga Senior Advisory Committee prior to her appointment to the Parks and Recreation Commission in January of 2000. Janet has been affiliated with the VNA since 2010 when she became involved with Support Services (now Private Duty) and then joined the VNA Board of Directors.
Dr. Greg Dahlquist
VNA Medical Director
Greg Dahlquist, MD, is a Board certified Family Physician and Geriatrician, who now works as a Board certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine specialist exclusively for the VNA Hospice and Palliative Care of Southern California. He has extensive experience in medical education, having trained hundreds of family physicians. He is a recent President of the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
