The Claremont Hospice Home
A homelike alternative to hospital care
Our new Claremont Hospice Home will be a comfortable home-like setting where a family can be with a loved one while receiving high-quality in-patient care when more expensive hospitalization is not required. It will be a place of peace and dignity, providing specialized care that emphasizes comfort.
Now that renovation of the home is finished, we look forward to completing the process of licensing so that we may open our doors to patients soon. To this end, we are soliciting charitable donations from foundations, local businesses, and individuals. We are also inviting the community to tour the home.

When would people use the Claremont Hospice Home?
- For intensive management of uncontrolled pain or other discomforts that did not respond to home hospice interventions.
- Their care needs are too complicated for the staff at their residential setting
- The hospice patient is lingering in the hospital because their skilled care needs are too complex to go directly home
