About VNA SoCal: Bringing Care Home
“The end-of-life deserves as much beauty, care, and respect as the beginning.”
This quote above is a good example of the philosophy behind VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern California. Our clients, who face the end of life, deserve the opportunity to live as fully as possible on their own terms. Patients in need of palliative, home health, or private duty care are also part of our commitment to care. Dealing with short-term or chronic illnesses is a challenge for both the patient and the family. We understand the need to reduce pain and provide the emotional and physical support that is vital our clients and their loved ones. This is what VNA SoCal is all about as we look specifically to the patient’s need to create a care plan that’s right for them.
More About VNA SoCal
Founded in 1952, VNA SoCal has always looked for ways to offer more than the expected standard of care. First, we look for solutions to help the patient avoid hospitalizations and feel they are in control of their own care rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach
Our staff is experienced in the unique challenges of hospice care and supporting a patient at home. Additionally, we also have an extended group of volunteers that help their community embrace and support a patient and their families.
As passionate advocates of hospice care and issues surrounding medical decision-making and advanced care planning, we also frequently connect our experts to the community to answer questions and increase awareness of issues that we all need to consider.
To be the premiere provider of compassionate care services within the community.
VNA has been serving the Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties for over 65 years. We provide expert, experienced hospice health care as well as offering private duty, in-home services. Our agency also provides 24-hour nursing coverage to support patients and families. We are proud to offer the full continuum of healthcare in the community.
